LIGO Document G1800953-v1
- In the coming years, post-Ground-Based Laser Interferometer observations of gravitational waves, Pulsar Timing Array and Space-Based detectors will begin to observe their own sources. As the sensitivity improves for all detectors, precise and accurate calibration becomes imperative for high signal-to-noise ratio events. This talk serve to inspire cross-community conversations about absolute calibration and precision reference metrics such that we can be confident in out astrophysical statements at and below the "1%" level.
