One of the attached documents lists the 10 areas we swabbed. eg Swab area 1 = vial labelled S1, and so on
4 additional Hexane test samples (using FTIR sample swabs). (Labelled T1, T2, T3, T4), were taken to use to attempt to determine the source of the contamination.
1 control was kept with each kit
The vials were shipped out in the same "kits" that they arrived (eg the vials that arrived in kit #1 and that we used were shipped out in kit #1 and so on).

Dear LIGO
I’ve attached the report for E2100134-v4. As previously mentioned, there was metallic particulates and dirt present along with higher than normal amounts of aliphatic hydrocarbon and ester in the samples. Moving forward, the cleaning process remains the same as previously stated by Jerami. To clean particulate contaminates, use acetone followed by IPA via rinsing and/or wiping until you’ve reached the desired particulate cleanliness level. Let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
Thank you, Vanessa
