Abstract:

This is the aLIGO Liquinox cleaning procedure for optics. NOTE: Input and Core optics must be cleaned with First Contact unless otherwise noted. If cleaning any optics with ground glass barrels, they must be cleaned following this procedure and then baked following the fused silica bake directions on E960022, Section 12.17.1.

Notes and Changes:

If optic is still dirty after cleaning and baking, use T1100286 to clean with methanol.
