Notes and Changes:

Recess for PD was shortened to provide better clamping. Hole size on lead cover was increased to allow 6-32 screw clearance. Files marked v2 have changed, other files were unchanged and copied over from previous revision. All PDF files were simply copied over with no modification as the detail of the changes would not be apparent.
