Abstract:

The document describes LIGO-India detector local and global coordinate systems needed for GW analyses. They correspond to design values. We also have included matlab code used to generate the detector configuration values used in LALDetector. As a cross-check to ensure the code is fine, we produced GEO detector constants, and the resultant values agree with the constants in LALDetector.h (to all 11 digits).
