Abstract:

In response to a review of the final design of the Hardware Watchdog, and analysis and review of the hardware was conducted at Caltech. The focus of the review was to understand:

1. Issues relating to unreliable boot operation in the field
2. Mitigation for an undesirable logic level choice with respect to the safe reporting of status
3. Installed code revision verification
