Abstract:

This White Paper provides an all inclusive and illustrated description of the rich menu of possibilities of constructive EPO contributions to the LSC. The document also provides a precise description of EPO efforts from past deliveries to present commitments, and elaborates on the goals, philosophy, and plans of our international network of scientists. This is a living document that is updated frequently and is improved continuously.
