Abstract:

iLIGO OSEMs will be used in various aLIGO suspensions. There have been a few design changes to help streamline the assembly and reproducibility of these units. This document captures all of these items for the Final Design Review. It is follow-on document to the PDD.

This aLIGO OSEM is now shortened to AOSEM.
