- An iLigo witness plate was sent to Dr. Laxmikant Saraf, of Battelle, PNNL, for analysis using a scanning electron microscope, specifically looking at the coating. The analysis includes electron images of the coating layers, with chemical analysis. This document was created by Dr. Saraf, and delivered to me for presentation to the COC group.
