Improving DARM with ISI -> SUS Feedforward

Abstract:
Analysis suggests that we could use the GS13 Suspension Point displacement signal to improve DARM between .1 and .3 mHz using a feedforward filter. More careful observation using the QUAD Matlab Model indicates that the cross coupling with pitch at the test mass needs to be taken into consideration for this to work.
