Abstract:

This is a template that should be used to accurately and precisely form the winding for ring heater elements.

When printed on 11"x17" paper, in landscape orientation, this is a 1:1 scale of production items. Take care to choose "Print scaling: None" from the drop down menu.

The 2D outline is valid for both the upper and lower segment assemblies (upper is shown, for reference only).
