Abstract:

Electronics interface to the Thorlabs optical fiber switch. It connects to the optical fiber switch on one side and to the motorized flipper/TTL IO interface on the other side. One of the relay contact is used to both provide a +24V supply and to turn the interface on and off. The TTL output is connected to the switch, whereas the TTL readback connects to the 5V supply for the optical switch.
