Abstract:

ITM11 has a sleek within the Clear aperture as shown in LIGO-C1101972. Sleeks within the clear aperture are evaluated for acceptance on a case by case basis. They may be compared to a set of standardized sleek references created and characterized by Tinsley and applied per LIGO C1000393, with the average microroughness of the part always remaining within the specification. This analysis applies to sleeks only.
