Abstract:

This is the code that should be opened in PSoC Creator 3.0, and loaded onto the CPS Timing Fanout Chassis' PSoC3 board, via the front panel USB connector.

This code inserts a 1/2 second delay on start-up, which fixes an intermittent re-start problem.
