DCN To Add Insulation to OMC DCPD Pre-Amp Mounts

Abstract:

This documents a change which was made to the LHO OMC after it was realized that the pre-amps were not isolated from the welded structure.
The LLO OMC will be retrofitted in the near future and the 3rd OMC will have this done before being put into storage.
