Abstract:

ETM01 has been found by annealing test to be mechanically unstable upon annealing at coating anneal temperatures. It has changed approx -50m ROC on the curved side and CX on the flat side.
This piece has been used as a coating Dummy at LMA upon our direction. It has an ITM coating on the Flat side.
