Abstract:

DCN for Advanced LIGO Thin Compensation Plate polishing specification.

To apply to Advanced LIGO optics CP03 through CP09. The thickness is reduced from the original design of 130mm to a new thickness of 100mm. This specification also incorporates New Barrel scuff language as described in C1000216
