Version 1 of this PCB has an error wherein quadrants A2 and A4 are transposed. This error is limited to the OMC QPD and has been compensated in the matrix. The other ISC QPDs are correct. If we ever make more of these boards, I will revise the design (probably creating far more confusion) - Rich
