Abstract:

This assembly was requested by US SUS as a risk reduction feature, presenting a barrier in the quad lower structure to prevent debris from a broken fibre going across the top of the optic and affecting the fibre pair on the opposing side. This a feature that is intended simply to minimise the clean-up required in the event of fibre breakage.
This is the top level assembly file.
