Notes and Changes:

- Note 5 on scribing, updated to new format.
- Note 6 has been completed with "All trapped volumes must vent to inside".
- Note 8 now has a "triangle". It is then called out right next to each weld symbol.
- Note 11, LIGO spec now references E0900364
- Note 14, "ELECTROPOLISH BEFORE WELDING" replaced by "ELECTROPOLISH AFTER WELDING"
- Note 14 completed with "MASK CF FLANGE GASKET SURFACES"
- BOM, Item 1, now saying " Nor-Cal CF Flange 12" Nom. OD or MACHINED TO SAME DIMENSIONS AND TOLERANCES".
- Updated the revision block.

- On sheet 2, all 4 welds symbols on the inside spec now a 1/2-3 Length-Pitch (To not trap gas between the external and the internal weld).
- To make sure the interior of the dome is made as we need it: the hight of tubing 10.62" is not any more a ref dimension, the radius of the dome is now spec as called out as a "FULL 5.00".
