within the text. E.g., Pg 10, 3rd paragraph "Directly comparable to
Fig. 12...", then at the end of the paragraph "see, e.g., Figure 6."
Is it not Phys. Rev. standards to use Figure if the figure is
referenced at the start of a sentence, and Fig. otherwise?
   
   A: Changed Figure -> Fig. and Figures -> Figs. when not appearing at the start of a sentence.

2) (Necessary) There are a number of undefined references in the
captions of Tables I, II, and IV in the Supplemental Material.

   A: We have removed the broken reference to Eq. (3) in the supplementary material caption.

3) (Necessary) Reference 10 contains only an author list. The
reference should point to http://arxiv.org/pdf/1607.05377.pdf.

4) (Necessary) Pg. 14: "So there may be concern that our agreement
with LVC-PE[1] is due to the use of a few NR simulations in common."
The number or fraction of NR simulations in common needs to be given.

  A: Specified that 41 simulations used in this analysis were also used to calibrate the approximations used for
      parameter estimation in our prior work.
